The Bangkok BTS network is complex and consists of several separate elevated train systems with 5 skytrain lines currently used for public transportation in the capital city of Thailand. You can normally find the map of Bangkok BTS system at the station, but with such a map (and some of the BTS maps found online) you might encounter one of the problems like we did:
- The Bangkok BTS map at the station is not updated (e.g., some maps don't show the latest Yellow and Pink lines).
- The map includes the line that is not operating yet (e.g., some maps show the MRT Orange Line with a small print note).
- At the station you can only find the route map of the specific Bangkok skytrain line with parts of the connecting lines.
