Bangkok BTS Lines
The BTS Green Line is the Skytrain system that consists of two lines (the Sukhumvit Line and the Silom Line) with 60 stations. Siam is the central station on the BTS network, as both parts of the Green Line connect here.
The Sukhumvit Line (light green) is the Skytrain line connecting the northern part of the city with downtown Bangkok and southeastern areas.
The Silom Line (dark green) is the Skytrain line connecting downtown Bangkok with the western bank of the Chao Phraya River.
At Siam Station, you can transfer between the two lines by simply changing platforms. There are four platforms, located on two levels of the station.
On the top level, you can find Platform 2 to Khu Khot (the northern end of the Sukhumvit Line) and Platform 4 to National Stadium (the western end of the Silom Line). The two platforms are in front of each other, so you can easily change here when going from the south to the north or from the east to the west.

One level lower, there are Platform 1 to Kheha (the eastern end of the Sukhumvit Line) and Platform 3 to Bang Wa (the southern end of the Silom Line). The connection here is also super easy for the trip from the north to the south and from the west to the east.

In case you want to travel from the east to the south or vice versa (e.g., from Sukhumvit Road to Riverside), you also need to change the station levels. It also needs to be done when traveling from one of the northern stations to National Stadium, which is the only western station on the Silom Line.
BTS Tickets & Fare from Siam Station
There are several types of Bangkok BTS tickets that can be purchased at the Siam Station:
